Raw Foods at Prisim
Raw foods detoxify, cleanse and increase energy. We ensure the greatest care while preparing our raw foods – including ozone washing our fruits and vegetables for a higher oxygen content. Raw food or “living food” is food that hasn’t been heated over 106 degrees F as cooking and processing fruits and vegetables destroys essential enzymes and nutrients.
From dehydrated kale chips, flaxseed crackers, vegan pizzas, lasagna, sesame/almond milk, healthy soups and salads – we have been making wholesome food since 2006. We strongly believe that food is medicine and eating the right foods can heal, aid weight loss and give us more energy. Human beings are the only species on the planet that alter their food – and we are the only ones suffering from heart diseases, breathing problems, and other illnesses.

If you are travelling abroad or sending your children abroad to study and want them to have the comfort of eating a home cooked meal without any of the effort involved in preparing it, we can help with that! We take orders for dehydrating and packaging food. All you need to do is open a packet and add water.
Great food, felt so healthy and light afterward. And so tasty. Had a salad with almond pâté dressing, organic red rice with vegetables and pineapple, and massaman curry with lotus root, pumpkin and bell pepper. Not to forget, a raw chocolate made at Prisim, which tasted surprisingly good. Everything was delicious.
Wonderful people, happy place. 🙂

Intresting menu topped by a very warm host. Pizza without cheese & raw chocolate ball r awesome. Must visit for health freak. The most relaxing reflexology was icing on the cake.
From the warm welcome to the amazing food to the interactive and informative involvement,it was an amazing experience! The pineapple juice was like nothing we had tasted before, and did you know wheat grass juice could be sweet and tasty? The raw pizza was a treat as were the ice cream and raw chocolate balls. But what made it stand out was the energy that was generated after lunch! I would recommend a visit at the earliest.
