Zenobia has been trained in Psychology and Art Therapy over a period of 5 years with Leila Tayebally, an art therapist from Ecole Belliard-Staikovsky, France.
Zenobia uses specifically designed therapeutic exercises to help work with emotions and feelings and to explore the self. Therapeutic art helps improve emotional, mental and physical health by overcoming a range of daily obstacles like impatience, stress, anxiety, hyperactivity to more deep rooted conditions of depression, trauma, fears and phobias including their physical manifestations like respiratory issues, diabetes, eating disorders, sleep disorders, headaches to name a few.
